In the first quarter of 2025, several science-themed games on the Android platform in Portugal showed interesting performance trends. According to data from Sensor Tower, here's how the top five games fared.

Elixir Enigma from Anchor Marketing and Design began the quarter with over 6.3K weekly downloads, which gradually declined to around 1.9K by the end of February. Despite the decrease in downloads, weekly active users remained relatively stable, starting at approximately 10.5K and fluctuating slightly to 7.2K by the end of March.

Merge Animals 3D - Mutant race by SayGames Ltd showed modest download numbers, peaking at 598 in early March. The active user base hovered around 800, with a slight decline towards the end of the quarter.

Plague Inc. from Ndemic Creations maintained consistent performance, with weekly downloads ranging from 290 to 440. Revenue peaked at $31 in mid-January, and active users showed a slight increase, reaching over 1K by the end of March.

Sandbox Powder Alchemy Element experienced a steady download rate, starting at 763 and decreasing to 226 by the end of March. Active users remained stable, averaging around 3K throughout the quarter.

Finally, Infinite Craft by Neal saw a gradual increase in downloads, reaching 380 in early March. Active users peaked at nearly 1K in early March before dropping to 309 by the quarter's end.
